No real persons are depicted anywhere on this platform. Every character, image, and video is wholly generated by artificial intelligence. No real human models, performers, or individuals are photographed, filmed, recorded, or depicted in any sexually explicit or other content produced by the service. There are no human performers.
No photograph of a real person — living or deceased — is ever published or displayed as content, and no original uploaded photograph is retained. By uploading a reference image, a member confirms that they have the legal right and any necessary permission to use it for AI-assisted character generation, and that any person shown is a consenting adult. At upload, the system derives only privacy-safe, demographic-level descriptors (general face and body characteristics — not precise biometric detail) used to create an original AI character, and then deletes the original — the local copy, the cloud copy, and any stored reference to it. Only the AI-generated character and these text descriptors are kept; the original is held transiently for processing and is not stored. The pipeline is designed to create original fictional characters rather than recognisable reproductions of identifiable individuals, and reference material is never made available to other members.
Because the visual content produced by this platform is entirely computer-generated and contains no depictions of actual human beings, it does not constitute "actual sexually explicit conduct" by real persons within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and the record-keeping requirements of those sections are not applicable.
This statement is provided in the interest of transparency. Any user-uploaded reference imagery is the responsibility of the uploading user, who warrants under our Terms that they are an adult, that any person depicted is an adult who has consented, and that they hold all necessary rights.
Access is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or over. Our age-assurance flow — an on-device facial age-estimation check at sign-up, with full identity and liveness verification through our verification partner (Ondato) for anyone not clearly above the threshold — is implemented, with all verification outcomes logged with a timestamp. Final enforcement is being activated together with our verification-partner agreement ahead of public, real-money launch.
The platform enforces hard prohibitions, in code, against any sexual content involving minors, incest, non-consenting persons, or animals. These are enforced by automated input and output filtering on text and prompt-level blocking (a provider refusal in these categories is honoured as a block, never routed to a more permissive model); a fail-closed apparent-age vision screen on AI-generated imagery (being extended across all image-generation paths ahead of launch); quarantine and frame-level vision moderation of uploaded video before it is shown; and screening of AI-generated video. Media that fails moderation is withheld, and users can report content for human review and takedown.
