The MySharedWife platform ("the Platform") is operated by Persistent Worlds Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 55 Church Road, London, England, SW13 9HH. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The Platform is intended for consenting adults only.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Platform Description

MySharedWife is an adults-only lifestyle simulation platform featuring AI-generated characters and scenarios. All characters, conversations, and images are fictional and AI-generated. No real individuals are depicted.

5. Content & Conduct

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to circumvent safety systems, age verification, or content filters.
• You must not share, distribute, or commercially exploit content generated on the Platform without permission.
• You must not impersonate other users, staff, or AI characters outside the Platform.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other users is prohibited.

6. AI-Generated Content

All characters, images, and conversations are generated by artificial intelligence. The Platform uses AI models from reputable third-party providers. AI outputs may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of any AI-generated content.

7. Token Economy & Payments

• Tokens are purchased through our third-party payment processor and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Token prices and exchange rates may change at any time.
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We reserve the right to credit, debit, or adjust token balances to correct errors.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by Persistent Worlds Ltd. AI-generated content created during your sessions is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on interactions with AI characters.
• AI-generated images depict fictional characters and are not photographs of real people.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persistent Worlds Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
